Cutting through the floods

During a research trip to Tunis I found that the tram drivers appear to have an extraordinary desire to keep their customers on the move. After a particularly heavy rain and thunderstorm the previous evening which left much of the city flooded, I was making my way towards the Tunis Marine station when I came across the scene in the video below.
