Alitalia Eurobusiness Class promotional publicity

Robin was invited to submit design ideas to Alitalia’s UK management team to help them communicate the launch of their new EuroBusiness Class service to their UK & Ireland frequent fliers. The timetable, as well as the onboard service was being upgraded with more frequent flights between Italy and UK & Ireland.

In partnership with Alitalia, Hertz, their car rental affiliate, was co-sponsoring the communication piece and wanted to be featured more strongly than at previous times.

Here is the final result that Alitalia chose for their customers

Inside right-hand cover page features a pop-out page that is roughly A4 in size, perforated and folded so as to open and close without much effort. The timetable is laid out in a clear easy-to-read format separating out the two London airports and Dublin again, for ease of reference.

Left hand page details the new features of the new seat and an example of the revised and upgraded meal service. The right hand cover page shown here, when opened out, reveals the inner timetable page detailed above. Clean typesetting, good use of white space and colour adds to the crisp, new, and contemporary feel of the communication piece and the products themselves.
